Refund policy

Because press-on nail sets are personal-use items, Xmirra does not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review your selected design, size, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number together with clear photos of the item and packaging. This helps us review the issue quickly and support you properly.

Eligibility requirements

  • The item should remain in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The set must be unused.
  • Original packaging and included kit items should be retained whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Order cancellations

We accept cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not entered production or processing. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Processing times at your bank or card provider may still apply.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, it is usually issued back to the original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears on your statement.
